HXCNC-4A engraving machine control board is an integrated control system specially designed for small desktop engraving machine/3D printer/laser engraving machine/mechanical arm. It consists of a high-performance core board with FPGA-ARM architecture and a backplane with rich peripherals including five high-voltage drives.  It supports five-axis linkage and arbitrary curve interpolation, as well as the Liberoll motion system with G+ multi-channel programming (multi-threaded).

The following hardware resources are onboard:

  1. 5 stepper motor drivers, each with a maximum current of 2.5A, supports 42 and 57 series stepper motors.
  2. Onboard voltage regulator output, 5.3V-12.5V, adjusted by program, can drive external servos or other modules.
  3. 5V and 3.3V fixed power output.
  4. Spindle PWM driver 12A MAX.
  5. Hot bed PWM driver 12A MAX.
  6. Digital servo connection port (universal serial port) X1
  7. 4 Output channels to the external drivers
  8. Voice broadcast, directly connected to a 1.5W speaker.
  9. Bluetooth interface.
  10. Parallel LCD interface
  11. Travel switch input interface X5
  12. General ADC input X2 and GPIO X2
  13. Temperature sensor input X3
  14. Universal driver output (1A MAX) X4
  15. Remote control interface (universal serial port) X1
