Humidifier Water Tank with Ultraviolet Lamps

这是一款多功能空气净化器水槽的设计，详细内容参考6-In-1 Modularized Air Purifier。
水槽正面是模块圆托、电极针、12864液晶显示屏、8个触摸按键、水槽盖、微孔雾化片X3（三片同时工作、加大雾量）、雾化片盖板。
拿掉水槽盖可以直接灌水、插入可乐水瓶（500mL\2L）; 拆掉雾化片盖板可以方便直接更换雾化片(2p端子插线、雾化片是耗材，2千小时寿命)。
底座内部具有强磁铁(3p，用于磁吸定位)，主板、扬声器、话筒、触摸PCB、接线PCB、霍尔传感器等。
雾化加湿器水槽最大的一个问题在于: 长时间不用时，水槽内的水会变质导致细菌超标。
我们在水槽的前后安装了两个254nm的冷阴极紫外线灯管，每个灯管的功率为3W。按照设定的计划或者间歇地，紫外线灯管短暂工作，可以确保水质长时间不会恶化。

作为在电子行业工作已久的工程师，这里我们分享一点关于初学者入门电子线路的技巧：
1.课本的知识永远是不够的。著作从编纂到售卖需要很长的时间，比较新的技术和方案不可能涵盖，有些经验通过文字很难表达清楚。
2.多动手练习，做实验。焊接、调试和总结是学习电路知识最有效的方法。
3.理解理论知识的根本物理原理。你不能仅仅记住一种理论，你必须要知道这个理论在现实世界中的至少一个实例。
4.你要多去采购电子元件和工具。电子元件和工具千千万万，在书本中是难以完全提及的，而且它们也在变化和更新。只有接近市场，才知道这个世界需要什么和其他人都在做什么。

Those engaged in electronics are always worried about burning something up. Luckily, we solved this problem. A pyroelectric infrared sensor and infrared pairs are installed to monitor the user’s working status. If the user leaves but forgets to shut off the soldering system, it will be automatically powered off by the MCU within a certain period. This is a very important feature we have developed because it greatly improves safety and reduces the risk of any fire hazards.

HX995 Digital Servo Motors Can Be Widely Used In Smart Toys

HX995舵机是一款兼容传统995模拟信号舵机的外形和尺寸的一款数字舵机。该舵机使用单线串口通信或者IIC通信，波特率高达1M。
相比传统舵机，HX995的优势在于:
  • 可以串行总线级联
  • 更多的伺服模式
  • 更快的锁定速度和更大的扭矩
 
Servo modes of HX995:
  1. Position servo mode
The servo will move to the specified position and hold up at the set speed.
  1. Curve servo mode
By using cubic spline curve to accelerate and decelerate, it can move to the specified position more smoothly.
  1. Flexible servo mode
In the process of controlling the movement of the servo motor, the angle of flexible rotation can be adjusted in real time.
  1. Continuous mode
The motor rotates continuously at a specified speed, and can be forward and reverse.
  1. Braking mode
The motor works in the braking state, and the rotation damping is quite large.
  1. Stop without braking mode
The motor does not brake, and the rotation damping is small so that external forces can move and reposition it.
